Helen Shardey MP Takes Anti-Graffiti Action

Helen_Graffiti.jpgIn April Member for Caulfied, Helen Shardey MP, moved to make an amendment to a Bill, which would have banned the sale of spray cans to anyone under the age of 18. Graffiti is a concern to the City of Melbourne and Helen is looking to take action for her Electorate.Helen has stated that, “Graffiti is a blight on our suburbs.”

  • Our plan will see a ban on the sale of paint cans to minors
  • Make offenders clean up their mess
  • Create a local hotline to report graffiti
  • Target graffiti along train lines
