Federation Square is the centre meeting place for the commonwealth games. With thousands of people gathering at the site, this has created some sort of a buzz, even at 11pm on a sunday nite.

For a melbournian, its the worst place to get into at the moment. the city is crowded and everything has a waiting line. A friend of mine, works at one of the restaurants at Fed square, he was saying that the crowds are crazy. They do a whole months business in one day!
